Connection with nature

Connecting with nature is healing. It brings us to a place of peace within us.

Our home is a place of comfort, and safety. It gives us warmth, security, shelter. Equally important is the necessity to get out of our confined space and connect with nature. It gives us what we need to survive. The sun gives us heat and energy. Clouds can give us shade. Rain can provide us with water and hydration. The trees gives us oxygen to breathe…. We are surrounded by life forces. Lets connect with nature often to fill ourselves with energy necessary to feel balanced.

During this pandemic a lot of us are working from home. Our kids schools are being taught in the home via computers. Entertainment and events are broadcasted via TV or internet. Our children’s games and play time are often via social media and electronics.

Now more than ever for our children and our own happiness and physical and mental wellbeing, we need to connect with nature, with all the beauty that surrounds us.

Whether it might be sitting outside to eat, drink a cup of coffee or tea. listening to the birds, the wind, the rain. Going for a walk or run. Going for a bike ride, alone with family or friends. Going for a dip or swim in the pool. Going to the beach, sitting on the sand, swimming in the ocean. Going to a park to observe, relax, walk, hike, have a picnic. The outdoors will bring healing and joy. All places of love and peace.

Enjoy this beautiful day full of wonders and adventure.
