Picture perfect moments vs reality

Picture perfect moments are single seconds captured in a frozen moment pose.  Reality?… Well that’s real life, raw true million second moments that run together to create your life.

Picture perfect moments?.. well we can recreate those.. but reality?…those moments come and go… They are the highs and lows of life…

Reality moments have a beautiful raw beauty in itself… They are the simple moments that we sometimes take for granted, the moments that sometimes seem too difficult to deal with and we rather disappear or run away… But those are the real moments that truly shape us, that allows us to grow and become a better person..

The picture perfect moments are amazing to look back and make us smile because it all seemed too perfect. But in reality? …we have to take the highs with the lows, it’s part of the balance of life…

We can’t enjoy what we know to be the good, the easier days without knowing what the bad, harder or the painful days feels like….

We can’t truly enjoy today like there is no tomorrow if we didn’t have the one day, no tomorrow…

I love and appreciate all the picture perfect moments that makes awww at them… But before those pictures were taken to capture perfect moments, we have hard, painful and low times that we didn’t capture with our camera…

For example, this picture may look perfect, in a way it is, but it doesn’t mean that it’s always perfect.  This moment came with previous fights, disagreements, cries, screams, tantrums, fits, toys thrown and well.. many other not so fun moments when you are in the middle of that storm…..

It’s never truly always perfect like the pictures we keep. It’s the highs and lows,  hard and easier days, it’s all mixed up together to create your unique, special, beautiful life that are not always captured in our phones or printed in our albums…. But in reality… it’s what allows us to appreciate what we truly have….our not so perfect life but amazing and a blessing every day that we are here to experience it…🙏💗
